Bei den Wahlen zur verfassungsgebenden Nationalversammlung am 19. Januar 1919 konnten Frauen in ganz Deutschland zum ersten Mal w\u00e4hlen und gew\u00e4hlt werden. Viel \u00dcberzeugungsarbeit musste bis dahin geleistet und viele K\u00e4mpfe ausgefochten werden. Rund 20 Jahre zuvor hatten die ersten Hochschulen ihre T\u00fcren f\u00fcr Frauen ge\u00f6ffnet, aber in den H\u00f6rs\u00e4len waren lange nur wenige weibliche Gesichter zu sehen. Seither hat sich das Bild stark gewandelt. Seit dem Wintersemester 2021\/2022 sind erstmals mehr als 50 Prozent der Studierenden Frauen, auch bei Studienabschl\u00fcssen und Promotionen sehen die Zahlen \u00e4hnlich aus. Dennoch sind sie vor allem in F\u00fchrungspositionen \u2013 sei es in Wirtschaft, Wissenschaft oder Forschung \u2013 weiterhin unterrepr\u00e4sentiert. Auch f\u00fcr die Hochschule Aalen ist Frauenf\u00f6rderung ein wichtiges Thema. Denn Vielfalt ist ein gro\u00dfer Faktor des Erfolgs. Durch verschiedene Blickwinkel entstehen breitere Probleml\u00f6sungsans\u00e4tze und kreative Ideen, die f\u00fcr eine erfolgreiche Entwicklung und Vermarktung von Produkten und Dienstleistungen sowie die angewandte Forschung wichtig sind. Mit der neuen Ausgabe unseres Hochschulmagazins limes<\/a>\u00a0zum Schwerpunktthema \u201eFrauen an der Hochschule Aalen\u201c m\u00f6chten wir zeigen, wie Frauen an unserer Hochschule Zukunft gestalten \u2013 von der Roboter-Fl\u00fcsterin \u00fcber die Weiterbildungsmanagerin bis hin zur Ultraschallwellen-Expertin.<\/p>\n
