Bereits zum sechzehnten Mal veranstaltete die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hs-aalen.de\/facilities\/71\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Gie\u00dferei Technologie der Hochschule Aalen<\/a> das allj\u00e4hrliche Experten-Kolloquium, bei dem Vertreter der Gie\u00dferei- und Zulieferindustrie zusammenkamen. Mit rund 200 Teilnehmern war die Veranstaltung sehr gut besucht.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/smart-pro.org\/en\/netzwerk\/forschende\/#lothar-kallien\" rel=\"noreferrer\">Prof. Dr. Lothar Kallien<\/a>, Leiter der Gie\u00dferei, begr\u00fc\u00dfte die Teilnehmer und Fachreferenten und gab einen \u00dcberblick \u00fcber die Veranstaltung. Als erster Referent er\u00f6ffnete Peter Frie\u00df, Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fokus-zukunft.com\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Fokus Zukunft GmbH &amp; Co. KG<\/a>, die Vortragsreihe mit dem Thema \u201eVerantwortlich Zukunft gestalten &#8211; Der Weg einer Gie\u00dferei in die CO2-Neutralit\u00e4t\u201c. In seinem Vortrag stellte er eindrucksvoll die Folgen von CO2-Emissionen auf die Umwelt dar und mahnte zur Besserung der CO2-Bilanz der Unternehmen. Zum Abschluss des Vortrages \u00fcberreichte Fries Prof. Kallien ein Klimazertifikat, welches durch den Anbau von Waldfl\u00e4chen die rund 20 Tonnen CO2-Emissionen des Barbara-Kolloquiums 2019 ausgleicht, und es somit zum ersten klimaneutralen Barbara-Kolloquium macht. Die Nutzen und Risiken bei der Digitalisierung von Druckgie\u00dfprozessen stellte Prof. Dierk Hartmann von der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hs-kempten.de\/home.html\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Hochschule Kempten<\/a> vor. In seinem Vortrag \u201eDie zweite Revolution der Aluminium-Druckguss-Industrie\u201c machte Johannes Messer, Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer der Johannes Messer Consulting GmbH, die aktuell st\u00fcrmischen Zeiten in der Gie\u00dfereibranche anhand des politischen, wirtschaftlichen und industriellen Umfelds deutlich.<\/p>\n<p>Harald Sehrsch\u00f6n, Leiter der Produktentwicklung der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fill.co.at\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Fill GmbH<\/a> aus \u00d6sterreich, gab nach einer kurzen Firmenvorstellung einen Einblick in neue Innovationen der Fill GmbH. J\u00e4hrlich werden 1,5 Millionen Kurbelgeh\u00e4use, f\u00fcnf Millionen Strukturbauteile, 20 Millionen Zylinderk\u00f6pfe und 300 Millionen Fahrwerksteile auf Fill-Anlagen produziert.<\/p>\n<p>Den Abschluss der Vortragsreihe bildeten Studierende der Hochschule Aalen, die ihre Abschlussarbeiten im Bereich der Gie\u00dfereitechnik vorstellten.<\/p>\n<p>Der Ausklang der Veranstaltung fand wie gewohnt im Gie\u00dfereilabor der Hochschule Aalen statt.
