Im Zuge einer Projektarbeit haben sie einen App-gesteuerten und \u00fcber Solarzellen aufladbaren Kehrroboter entwickelt und im 3D-Druck gefertigt. Beteiligt sind an dem Projekt die Erstsemester Lasse Kasurinen, Silke Binder, Annika Edelh\u00e4user und Maximilian Thal.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Das Projekt ist Teil der Pr\u00fcfungsleistung im Kurs Digital Product Development and Manufacturing bei <a href=\"https:\/\/smart-pro.org\/en\/netzwerk\/forschende\/#markus-merkel\">Prof. Dr. Markus Merkel<\/a>, dem Leiter des Masterstudiengangs. Prof. Merkel ist auch Teil des SmartPro-Impulsprojekts Smart-ADD. Die Aufgabenstellung war, einen Roboter zu entwickeln, der B\u00f6den im Industrieumfeld sauber und damit sicher h\u00e4lt, in dem er mit einer integrierten B\u00fcrste zum Beispiel kleine Schrauben aufkehrt. Entwickelt hat das Projektteam einen Kehrroboter, der entweder automatisch per Zufall durch die Gegend f\u00e4hrt und mit Abstandssensoren seine Umgebung erkennt oder sich manuell via Smartphone-App steuern l\u00e4sst. F\u00fcr die Energieversorgung besitzt der Roboter einen Akku, der \u00fcber die Solarzelle wieder aufgeladen werden kann. Somit ist der Roboter energieautark.<\/p>\n<p>Erg\u00e4nzend zum Theorieteil, der in der online-Vorlesung stattfand, freuten sich die Studierenden auf das praktische Umsetzen, das unter Corona-Bedingungen in den Laboren der Hochschule Aalen m\u00f6glich war. \u201eWir haben den Roboter vollst\u00e4ndig in Eigenarbeit entwickelt, konstruiert und ausgelegt.
